Saffron is far and away my favorite Indian place in the Tucson area. The vibe is contemporary, but not overly formal. The wait staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The mixed drinks pair excellently with all of their dishes. They have a very diverse offering of nanny breads to choose from, which you don't find at other places...
